Description: This is a two-day conference encompassing all aspects of RTI. Participants will receive valuable RTI information in the areas of Math, Reading, and Behavior. Wayne Callender from Boise, ID will be the keynote presenter for the conference. He has a wealth of experience and knowledge surrounding RTI. Mr. Callender will be leading break-out sessions as well. Other sessions on day 1 will address GT students, differentiating and RTI for the elementary and secondary reading and math classrooms. No matter where you fall on the RTI ladder of implementation, there will be beneficial information for all.
Classroom teachers, interventionists, and administrators will gain knowledge to enhance the RTI process on their campus.
The keynote will take place in the morning and breakout sessions will begin after lunch on day 1.
Particpants will need to register for days 1 and 2 if attending both days and will be allowed to choose their sessions of interest. Sessions will be on a first come basis and will be closed once they reach capacity. This conference is for Region 17 district personnel only.
